We are seeking to hire an experienced Bilingual Administrative Assistant to work for a Director. The selected individual will perform administrative, secretarial and clerical functions for the Department and national committees supported by the Department. They will independently carry out assigned tasks, including routine correspondence, database management and updating English and French webpage content. Duties include:

| Preferred Skills: |
Minimum Educational Requirements: Grade 12 secondary school diploma and a Secretarial or business training or equivalent administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications: Basic understanding of HTML Voluntary experience or exposure to association work
